1. General Payment Terms

By purchasing any product or service from Budasai, you agree to the terms outlined in this Payment Terms & Refund Policy. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.

By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate and complete.


2. Budasai Blueprint (Digital Downloadable Product)

Budasai Blueprint is a digital, downloadable product that grants immediate access to proprietary materials. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

No Refund Policy: Once access to the downloadable materials has been granted, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

This policy exists because digital content can be copied, stored, or used immediately after access. Allowing refunds after delivery would create a risk of misuse or unauthorized retention of proprietary materials. By purchasing Budasai Blueprint, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund condition.


3. Budasai Growth Engine (Service-Based Program)

Budasai Growth Engine is a service-based offering involving customized work, strategy development, and/or content creation tailored to the client’s requirements.

Refund Window:

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for consideration.

Refund Conditions:
  • If no work has commenced, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing fees.
  • If work has commenced and the client requests cancellation mid-project, 10% to 50% of the total project fee may be deducted based on the portion of work completed.
  • The remaining eligible balance will be refunded within 7–14 business days after approval.

4. Budasai Transformation Suite (Extended Service Program)

Budasai Transformation Suite is an advanced and extended service program involving strategic planning, implementation, and execution support.

Refund Window:

Refund requests must be submitted within 20 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Refund Conditions:
  • If services have not started, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
  • If services are in progress and cancellation is requested mid-project, 10% to 50% of the total amount will be deducted depending on work completed, resources allocated, and operational costs incurred.
  • Any completed deliverables up to the cancellation date will remain the intellectual property of Budasai unless otherwise agreed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where applicable), clients must submit a written request via the official contact email listed on our website. The request must include:

  • Full Name
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method only.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in permanent account suspension and legal recovery actions if services or materials were already delivered. We encourage customers to contact us to resolve any billing concerns amicably.


7. Modifications to This Policy

Budasai reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Terms & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
